CRM Introduction

What is the EACH CRM? What is it for?

We made the EACH CRM so that we could have a central overview of the EA Switzerland community members and the events and programs we run. We envision that this CRM could be useful in a few ways:

What info goes into the CRM? Who has access?

We use the CRM to track information about our community members, the events we run, retreat venues we’ve used, donations we receive, and more. Generally, people are added into our CRM because they fill out a form for a local or national EACH event. Currently, the CRM is only accessible by the EACH Staff and select local group leaders.

Airtable Basics: Bases, Tables, and Records

In Airtable, you have different ‘Bases’ and ‘Tables’. The EA Switzerland CRM is a base. Within this base, we currently have 6 tables:
